Transactional advice can include structuring funding to reduce cost of capital. We can provide alternatives that save a client hundreds of thousands over the life of a financing.
Property Portfolios
Client with extensive real estate portfolios need our guidance to maximize their portfolio value. This can include sale of under-performing properties, acquisition of new properties and re-positioning of other properties. In addition, financing arrangements may be out-dated. If a client assembled more than a dozen properties over the years, it's likely they financed each separately and could now benefit from a more sophisticated portfolio-based structure.
