Transactional: Advisory client's fees are deducted from transactional
fee charged for any sale, acquisition or other strategic
transaction.
Advisory Fees: Unless we are engaged exclusively for a transaction, we
require a retainer dependent up the size and
complexity of the assignment. We charge expenses
and hourly time against that retainer as follows:
Senior Professional / $385 per hour
VP Level Professional/ $239 per hour
Associate Level Professional/ $147 per hour
Staff / $55 per hour
